Early 19th Century WATERCOLOUR

£225

  Early 19th Century WATERCOLOUR £225
I do not know the origin of this delightful early 19th century water colour, Northern Europe, possibly Flemish from the style of the furniture. retaining its original giltwood frame this charming early 19th century water colour depicts a young woman getting dressed with her maids. I think although very well painted it retains a certain charm.

appears to be unsigned although not examined out of frame.

Frame measures 30 x 34 cm. is missing one corner flower head. Picture possibly a little faded.
