A delightful early 19th century plate with a moulded border border pattern, highlighted in over glaze colours, and transfer printed with a black print of a young girl in a flower garden, titled THE FLOWER BASKET.
Unmarked. Staffordshire circa 1840, although I think I remember a marked impressed Scott example
Condition good minor ware.
