Blue Slip decorated BROTH BOWL c.1820

£75

Blue Slip decorated BROTH BOWL c.1820 £75
A rare survivor from the Georgian period, early 19th century. A pearlware childs potty, typically unmarked, it measures 2.75" / 7cm high and 4.75" / 12 cm diameter at the rim. Condition - excellent, no damage.
Their is a debate as to exactly what pieces were originally intended to be used as a potty or possibly used when the child was being sick
