  HUMANITY, LEAD TOBBACO BOX, c.1830 £SOLD  
A rare early 19th century lead tobacco box with a cast image of a slave in chains.
With sugar beet and tobacco being the two main crops that used slaves it is poignant that this image was used to highlight there plight on the lid of a tobacco box.
Hinge broken and old repair
