A charming very small alphabet sampler, worked in fine pale blue silk.
The Alphabet in both upper and lower case letters followed by the sewers name ELIZABETH ROOKE and the date 1823.measuring 16 x 18 cm, the sampler measures only 9 x 11.5.
Condition untouched . possibly slightly faded.
