  PRIMITIVE METHODIST TOBACCO JAR 1898. £225  
An interesting piece of fund raising pottery, inscribed P.M.Bazaar, Hunter Street Chester 1898.
These were sold at the Bazaar to raise money for the building of the new "City Temple" replacing the Commonhall chapel, that was deemed two small.
Height 6 inches 15 cm.
Condition good.
