  RARE & INTERESTING DOCUMENTRY LUSTER JUG 1819. £395  
A rare and interesting copper luster documentary jug, inscribed to the front THOMAS PEARSON OFFICER of EXCISE CHEADLE 1819.
Now this is an early date for this style of decoration.
Thomas was born about 1787 and married Mary Gill in Sheffield Yorkshire in 1806, they had 7 children. This jug commemorates his retirement from ill health in 1919, He died in Sept.1821.
