  BETSEY WRIGHT 1843 BISTERNE SCHOOL £.  
Betsey has produced the most personal of samplers describing a special day . On Sept.30 1843 she and the other children attended "Tea & Cake" at Bisterne School by Lady Mills. The family had provided the money to build the School house the previous year 1842.
Betsey the daughter of Elizabeth (Betsy) (nee Hiscock) & Thomas Wright a carpenter of nearby Ringwood. She worked as a nurse, possibly moving to London , we have been unable to trace her later life.
