One feels the girl who worked this sampler really loved sewing. She has filled her sampler to the maximum with a wonderful array of spot motifs including a large Rabbit a central clothed Adam & Eve. In the bottom right corner with also have a panel of darning work ( rarely found on this style of sampler). Signed with initials and dated 1848.
